We had them paint our entire 2600sqft dance studio, and they did an amazing job. Super professional crew and the finished product is better than I could have imagined! Clean lines and not a spot that needs retouching!
Highly recommend this co if you need a massive paint job done professionally!

How did I not know about this amazing service!!! My house actually looks BRAND NEW!!! I though my home needed a paint job and after a power pressure wash it no longer needs it!
The staff was great and efficient in getting me schedule in a timely manner. They instructed me on what to do to prepare and made the process simple, from beginning to end.
After what I saw today, I cannot unsee it!
I am converted and will now be a lifetime regular customer!

I wanted to respond to your follow-up to the review which you characterized as a professional and reasonable solution. I also want to make sure the audience that sees the response is not misguided by the actual events that transpired.
1- Agree, I was satisfied with the refund and shared it was not necessary; however, you insisted… recognizing the “permanent damage” to a $15k pool deck was at the negligence of a washer that has your name on the side, however, is subcontracted only to point this out after the job. Your $350 refund does not replace the damage and the negligence on your behalf.
2- Agree... you did come out multiple times and the one time you moved the furniture … from the deck I was out of town, and you kindly removed it so my wife would not have to.. it was appreciated. The fencing around the pool as shared was a fence to protect grandchildren and my dog from having access... this was not a problem according to you to remove. If this job cost $9K and the quality of worked performed would be charged to someone… I ask anyone considering your company to come visit my property and see the poor performance of your organization.
3- The “technician” which was from the paint company who you buy your paint and supplies from was scheduled by you to come and see the stain on the deck… he is the one that shared with you on premise that the stain was put down wrong and should not have used the grit .. you were on your knees trying to scrub the stains along with the manufacturer rep… this is where we decided it needed to be re-done.
4- The second application of stain was applied with no grit. I had to sign a document stating you were not responsible for accidents due to the deck surface... which I did.
5- The second application was applied different color…… a shade daker in an attempt to hide any stains, the technician did share we would have to use a soft detergent and as you noted it should come right off… well it did not and does not as shared with you.
The owner .. assuming this is who is responding … was sent MANY text messages, pictures, videos of the situation with no reply, phone call or any sort of follow up .. only to have a admin in the office relay whatever you/he asked them to relay… you sent your “QA” team out to the property and saw the bubbling around the pool deck where water had penetrated the stain and caused bubbling… your QA team says this is normal from where water puddles… reminding you this is a POOL... and this application has only been down 4 months +/-.
The 19 bullet points in your follow up are 100% irrelevant … your company damaged the deck; you proposed a solution... which I trusted, your company failed twice. The most troubling is you stand behind this badge of customer service and integrity and your organization falls short… and you as the leader own this. For what is worth... you have lost me as a customer, and I hope everyone I share my story with who is considering work .. from where we were vs. where we are now is sad. I was only asking you as the owner to be a man of your word and call me back with a solution… even if the solution was something you could not do… but offer a solution. Instead, you hid behind your admins… I don’t think as a business owner you need a personal invitation from a customer that has concerns to return a call or even a text…
